This very fine wholemeal flour contains all the valuable ingredients of whole grain and can be for baking bread, but also for cakes, cookies, buns and desserts use.
Wheat for Chiemgau grain comes exclusively from their own lands in Chiemgau. We build our products in a sustainable crop rotatio. The treatment of the harvested grain to the finished bag is done very carefully and gently by hand.
The Chiemgau Grain Wheat has excellent baking properties and is ideal for baking bread and rolls, cookies and cakes.
