The Chiemgau grain spelt comes from an original places that has not been crossed with wheat and thus has all the positive properties of genuine Dinkels. Therefore, many wheat allergies tolerate the Urdinkel and can thus enhance their diets.
Spelt for Chiemgau grain comes exclusively from their own vineyards of Biofeldern in Chiemgau. We build our products in a sustainable crop rotation at which soil life and biodiversity protects and promotes. The treatment of the harvested grain to the finished bag is done very carefully and gently by hand.
