This high-quality linseed oil sourced 100% from own harvest from fields in the Bavarian Chiemgau. Linseed oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and has a nutty, slightly bitter flavor. For the excellent quality we press our oil constantly fresh.
Linseed oil should not be overheated. It tastes great in salads, in Quark to potatoes and can be used (after boiling or steaming) for adding to soups and vegetable dishes.
For our fine linseed oil linseed are cold (raw-appropriate!) Pressed and bottled the oil without further treatment. So the excellent taste and the valuable ingredients remain: it is very rich in omega-3 fatty acid.
