The camelina oil-spice garlic & tomato tastes wonderful Mediterranean with a slight sharpness. We use it with fresh garlic (from a friendly organic vegetable farm near) and dried tomatoes (organic farming from Italy, Gibt's not regional) to, filter it and pour into the bottle again both ingredients for the full flavor and a beautiful appearance. When the oil runs out, you can use tomato and garlic for cooking or in salad.
