Brown Millet is one of the oldest cultivated plants and the mineral-richest grain of the earth. It contains no gluten, for much silica, iron, and fluorine, as well as sodium, magnesium, sulfur, phosphorus, potassium, zinc and many others. Particularly rich millet is of vitamins of the B group (B1, B2, B6, B17, pantothenic acid and nicotinamide).

The silica strengthens the connective tissue, provides a smooth, beautiful skin and strong, shiny hair. Many people report good results with osteoarthritis and other joint diseases, cartilage and bone. The silica from the brown millet to help also with arteriosclerosis and regulate hypertension.
